Situated 25km east of Grootberg Lodge or 75km on the C40 west from Kamanjab, the campsite is located among beautiful granite hills and Mopani trees. Each campsite has its own shower, washbasin and toilette with running water. To add an eco-friendly touch, the hot water system works in combination with the braai area, therefore whilst you are busy cooking your food, your water will be warmed up for your shower. The campsites have no electricity or power points. Four ‘glamping’ tented units are also available for guests without their own camping equipment who would like a little more comfort.

All seven luxury campsites can easily accommodate four persons, with ample designated areas for four tents or vehicles with roof-top tents. The Group campsite can take up to 14 guests and has male & female ablution facilities. The Hoada Community Campsite will bring you the pleasures of camping, giving you the freedom to roam and break the pattern of everyday living and its demands. We promise visitors a blissful stay in true Namibian hospitality, with upmarket amenities and the uncountable stars looking down from above you at night. Rates include warming up the hot water donkey system if required. The campsite operates on a self-catering basis although we do supply refuse bags per campsite and one bag of wood. Should you require additional wood, it is available at N$ 40.00 per bag. NB – All guests must bring their own toiletries, scullery, etc. Our friendly staff will be there to help you with setting up your tents and/or gazebos and we will even assist you to start your fire.
