Barra Lodge is set in one of the most picturesque areas in Mozambique, with spectacular views of pristine beaches and the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean.
Situated 485km north of Maputo, access by road is on a tarred road which is suitable for normal vehicles.
One may also fly to Inhambane.
Direct flights from O.R.Tambo Airport in Johannesburg operate throughout the week.
These flights may be booked with us and in conjunction with accommodation.
From the historical city of Inhambane it is only a 30 minute drive to Barra Lodge and transfers are done by the lodge staff.
Our traditional Casitas are made of thatch, brick and reeds creating a charming atmosphere.
Barra Lodge offers a selection of cottages with two or three bedrooms, open plan living area, kitchen, shower and hand-basin with hot and cold water and a separate toilet. The bedrooms each have 2 beds (with mosquito nets)
